Modeling fire station establishment of industrial area using geo-spatial science

Fire stations have to be situated carefully; in an emergency situation, the fire department should able reach its destination within time. The study exasperated integrate Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Weighted Overlay analysis (WOA) GIS present a model for station location planning. case is carried out Asansol Sadar Subdivision of Paschim Bardhaman District, West Bengal, India. shows that there are 364.569 km2 High-Risk Areas (most congested Settlements, industrial areas, and Coal Mining), 59.62 Moderate Risk, 422.348 Low Risk. results this research introduce five sites most appropriate establishing new stations, which cover all areas based on response time, rules, regulations. This analytical process considered densely populated shares cities also neighborhoods Jamuria, Kulti – Barakar, Burnpur, Chittaranjan, Churulia as mostly suitable zones departments. major advantages proposed accessibility accident-prone per setting area zone, high potential interventions, can reduce risk loss life wealth.
